Not eating enough or improper food may lead you to sluggish behavior. Too much sugary breakfast in the morning may peak your blood sugar level. Avoid sugary instead try eating protein and complex carbohydrates, like eggs, whole foods which keeps your energy level at the top.

If you feel exhausted for climbing stairs or walking long distances, it could be early signs of an heart disease. Seek medical advice, routines and medication may help in controlling the heart disease.
