1) Anemia

Deficiency of red blood cells causes Anemia, red blood cells are responsible for bringing oxygen to tissues and cells. Symptoms could be feeling of weakness and short of breath. Intake of iron and vitamin rich fruits and vegetable can control anemia but it is better to consult the doctor immediately for his advice.

2) Diabetes

Diabetes could be one of the reason for being always tired. But problem here is many of the people are not aware of it. Sugar in the form of glucose provides fuel to the body, but when could not use it properly causes diabetes. It is better to get tested for diabetes if you feel always tired.

Not eating enough or improper food may lead you to sluggish behavior. Too much sugary breakfast in the morning may peak your blood sugar level. Avoid sugary instead try eating protein and complex carbohydrates, like eggs, whole foods which keeps your energy level at the top.

9) Heart Disease

If you feel exhausted for climbing stairs or walking long distances, it could be early signs of an heart disease. Seek medical advice, routines and medication may help in controlling the heart disease.

10) Glandular Fever

Glandular fever is a bad name among young people/teenager for causing tiredness. It is a common viral infection that causes fever, weakness, sore throat and swollen glands. Weakness symptoms my last for months, even if fever is down.

11) Urinary Tract Infection (UTI)

Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) causes burning sensation but this is also the reason behind being always tired. This infection is not that serious, antibiotics will surely cure the UTI and the tiredness should disappear along with it.

In Food intolerance, tiredness gets worse after eating food, you sleepy. Tiredness is a symptom of coeliac disease, most of the time 90% of sufferers don’t know they have it. This can be identified by blood test if you have coeliac disease.

13) No Exercise
